Team Member
We have a part time & Full time openings for a Team Member& Shift Leads. Most part time employees work 10-20 hours per week, generally nights with occasionally mornings
Applicants will be crossed trained in both Drive Thru and BOH Positions.
Standard shifts:
- Lunch: 9 AM to 3 or 4 PM - 5 to 7 hours a day
- Dinner: 3-5 PM to 9:30 PM (Closer). 4 to 7 hours a day
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service
- Work well with others, while promoting a team environment
- Ability to cross-train and learn multiple positions
- Outgoing personality, ability to upsell products to guests
- Enjoys the Barbecue
- Reliable (Minimal call outs permitted)

Cashier Job Functions:
- Handle cash (Receive and give proper change)
- Ensure a GREAT guest experience
- Maintain a clean and stocked dining room
- Ensure only high quality products are provided to guests
- Answer the phone, put orders into the POS
- Ensure guests receives all proper products that are ordered
- Successfully operate the Drive Thru
- Get customer side items, operate the Fryer
- Prepare and restock side items
- Work with team members to maximize productivity
Back of House Functions:
- Prepare our Sides to company standards
- Ensure high quality Sides being served to guests
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Restock and clean FOH
- Practice food safety effectively
- Practice personal safety effectively
- Work with team members to maximize productivity
- Deep cleaning tasks as needed
Compensation: Starting at 7.75 per hour starting 0 year(s) experience required
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have reliable transportation.
Shift Lead Functions:
- Provides daily leadership and training for a lean yet productive crew
- Demonstrates the ability to make on-the-fly labor decisions to hit targets
- Trains staff members to minimize waste in food preparation
- Ability to perform basic administrative reporting tasks on Microsoft Office platform and Aloha POS system
- Effective customer service through catering order to delivery cycle
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including transparency with general manager
- Personable with excellent customer service & training skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Be able to maintain and improve processes
- Ability to maintain Dickey’s core standards
- Possess a "Can-do" attitude and takes ownership
- Professional appearance
- Ability to open and close registers and make deposits at the bank
Requirements:
- Must be available to work various shifts throughout each week. Including at least one 12 hour shift a week Flexibility is a must!
