Very well-established lighting/electrical company located near Jericho, NY seeks an experienced Electrical Estimator with 2+ years of estimating experience.

Essential Duties include but not limited to:
- Perform takeoffs of Electrical and Architectural plans
- Work with lighting manufacturers
- Review plans, specifications and technical details
- Work with vendors to obtain accurate pricing
- Submit proposals to clients
- Coordinate with client, vendors, and design team to maintain project budgets
- Create detailed, comprehensive submittal packages by coordinating information from vendor quotes and lighting specifications
- Lighting and/or Electrical experience preferred
- 2+ years of estimating experience required; must be able to perform takeoffs
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Computer savvy and proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
