About this job
PART-TIME Maintenance Assistant, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, will complete tasks such as plumbing and electrical maintenance and repairs; HVAC maintenance and limited repairs; roof maintenance and limited repairs; parking lot maintenance and repairs; and aesthetic improvements (power washing, painting, flooring replacements). 20-30 hours a week with the potential to become full-time.
Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• MUST have 2 to 5 years’ experience.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail
• Good work ethic and team player.
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
