Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients.
Ensures the "5 Diamond Experience" by maintaining the standards set in the NFC Amenity Management Mission Statement.
Motivate clients by designing professional quality and safe personal training programs.
Assist in supervising the fitness center teaching safe and effective exercise principles. assists in ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and safely by proper maintenance, repair and cleaning of machines.
Provides personal training and fitness assessments.
Ability to teach a variety of group activity classes.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Schedule all spa and personal training appointments in a timely manner.
Maintain and organizes work area.
Responds to all requests and follow through to assure satisfactory outcome.
Offers client assistance when needed whenever possible.
Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with NFC Amenity Management.
Responsible for thorough understanding and effective performance of NFC Management Software Welcome.
Acknowledge all guests using NFC approved terminology.

Job Requirements
A passion for fitness & strong customer service/sales orientation
Strong individual and team contributor.
Prior personal training experience preferred.
National certification or comparable college degree plus AED/CPR
Most importantly a desire to grow within the company!
