Utility - Full-time / Part-time

Utility employees ensures our hospitality makes for a great place for customers to relax, have fun, and be with friends. Employees in this position:
•Keep all areas of the restaurant clean by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
•Maintain the exterior cleanliness of the restaurant by sweeping and eliminating trash
•Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all plateware, silverware, and glassware
•Restock clean and sanitized plateware and prep equipment to designated areas
•Assist in keeping all guest areas clean and presentable
•Set up and break down the dish machine according to proper procedure
•Follow all kitchen safety and sanitation policies & procedures
•Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
•Exhibit teamwork with other employees
•Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees
•Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested
 

Job Requirements
This job will require standing for more than 6 hours; walking; using hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. It will require stooping, kneeling crouching, climbing or crawling. Occasionally required to climb or balance; talk or hear and taste or smell. Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is required. Frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 40 pounds are also required. Exposure to wet/slippery surfaces, extremes in temperature from hot to cold, open flames, and working in tight spaces are a part of this job.
