Assistant Manager and Shift Supervisors
FDY, Inc has employment opportunities for experienced management professionals seeking opportunities to advance in a quick service restaurant industry at the Charlotte Douglas Airport.
Our Assistant Managers and Shift Supervisors assist in overseeing the efficient provisions of quick service. Applicants will be required to use their experience, love of customer service and hands on management skills to motivate the entire Bojangles’ team.
The management team will assist in providing total leadership and strategic directions to the overall operation; plan, organize, direct and coordinate the resources and activities in the unit; maintain a high level of client/customer satisfaction and standards; provide strong leadership; promote team building for all staff.
Some primary duties include assisting in:
• Organizing the store in terms of product, equipment and employees
• Creating professional service and a enjoyable work environment among team
• Maintaining and securing equipment and all company assets at the unit
• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of food service, safety practices and required customer service.
• Coaching and motivating team
• Ordering, inventory, scheduling and cash reconciliation
• Create a FUN working operating
Qualifications:
- Minimum of (3-5) years experience in retail management or supervision
- Strong leadership, team building and training abilities
- Possess technical skills in food service to include:
o Purchasing, Inventory and cost controls
o Food production standards and controls
o Food Service Handler Certification
Salary range AGM- ($35,000-39,000) Shift Manager ($12.00-14.00hrly) Competitive benefits package to include Medical and supplemental health insurance, life, optional life insurance, STD and LTD, vision and dental insurance, vacation, personal leave, uniform provided, free meals, monetary incentives insurance, optional life insurance, STD and LTD, visions.
