A recognized federally qualified health center located in the Bronx is seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN), who is bilingual in English and Spanish, for a promising opportunity as their new Senior Director of Nursing. Job DescriptionThe Bilingual Senior Director of Nursing will:
- Oversee business operations of the FQHC
- Ensure compliance with NYS DOH requirements
- Oversee execution of grants
- Lead practice transformation efforts
- Serve as a liaison between departments
- Serve as administrator for the EMR (eClinicalWorks)
- Lead clinical quality improvement efforts
- MSN
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
- Clinical background in primary care
- Strong leadership experience
- Good EMR knowledge
- Comfortable working with patients who have substance abuse issues
- Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center
