Our Opportunity
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for providing strategic leadership for Floor Technologies, Inc. and Floor Technologies of MN by working with MaxTech executive management to establish long range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
Main responsibilities include:
- Work with FTI management team and staff to analyze, develop, and implement one year and three year goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Manage and support team.
- Sales focused with an emphasis placed on diversifying revenue streams
- Enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company.
- Develop and manage company budgets.
- Provide marketing outlook, projections and updates on company back log.
- Oversee Maxxon Corporation R&D projects.
- Research new opportunities for growth of company.
- Develop solutions to business challenges.
About You
Ideal candidate should have:
-
BA in accounting, management, or business.
-
One or more years in sales, customer service, supply chain, or accounting.

Prior experience in construction.
-
Solid customer service attributes.
-
business profit and loss experience.
-
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-
Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills necessary.

Positive can do attitude is essential.
