PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking enthusiastic Bilingual Dispatcher, to work on a temporary to permanent basis with our clients. The Bilingual Dispatcher will work in a Logistics environment and will make outbound and receive inbound calls as well from drivers and customers.

Job Responsibilities
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from Drivers and customers as well as making following up calls to Drivers and Customers in regards to Deliveries as well as provide general information regarding questions issues.

Job Responsibilities
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from Drivers and customers as well as making following up calls to Drivers and Customers in regards to Deliveries as well as provide general information regarding questions issues.
Additional responsibilities for the Dispatcher will include:
- Answering in bound calls from customers in a professional manner
- Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
- Provide customers with product and service information and resolve customers concerns and complaints
- Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
- Provide follow up customer calls when necessary
Job Requirements
As a Dispatcher you must have at least 1 years’ experience in a Dispatcher role within a Logistics environment. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills.
Additional requirements for the Dispatcher will include:
- Strong data entry / typing skills and computer skills
- Must have excellent Geographic knowledge of the Phoenix Valley
- Experience selling products or services over the phone
- A High School Degree or equivalent
- A clear criminal background check and drug test
- Must be age 18 or older
