Responsibilities:
Functional Factors
- Manage/supervise hourly associates
- Work as a team with other departmental supervisors
- Manage and improve environmental health and safety
- Ensure daily production schedule is met
- Control MRO spending
- Routinely audit associates to ensure standard work is met and sustained
- Manage layout of efficient use of machinery and equipment
- Study processes, analyze and improve cost of production
- Using computer programs such as: Excel, Word, Outlook, AS400
- Strong organizational skills in record keeping, scheduling, and document preparation
