Manager Business Analytics - Full-time

Provides reporting and analysis to Retail Operations teams and Senior Management within Retail Services. Support field management teams with insightful analysis and advice. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting is executed accurately and efficiently.

• Responsible for overall accuracy of reporting and analytics, as well as database management for all KPI's
• Complete regular ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management to better understand business results and drive improved performance
• Use store benchmarking to identify outliers and poor performing stores that drive action plans for improvement
• Perform Pre-Post (statistical) analysis to quantify the impact of new projects as well as identify key performance drivers
• Provide analytical and performance tracking support to Special Projects team within Retail Services
• Partner with Finance in understanding and providing store-level P&L reporting to various teams within Retail Services
• Create cross-functional partnerships with HR and Real Estate teams to create Regional and District mapping lineups
• Analyze consumer, market, and competitive data and to generate insights that drive operational plans

Strong analytical skills Experience in a large scale retail environment Strong oral and written communication skills Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel - pivots, charts, formulas, macros) Experienced in Oracle Smartview (or Hyperion Essbase) Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment Prior experience using SQL and Teradata Prior P&L management experience Prior experience with APT (Test and Learn), Minitab, or other statistical analysis software
