About this job
Are you the type of “working”, experienced, manager who likes to roll up your sleeves and be sure that things get done? Things like performing restoration services with a targeted focus on client satisfaction; inspecting job sites; supervising staff and functions; managing and performing routine vehicle and equipment maintenance; tracking and inventorying equipment; producing client billing and purchase order data. In addition, at times you’ll need to participate in meetings with other members of management; third-party administrators; clients; and be able to hire /train staff.
All of these necessities require someone with a minimum of 5 year’s management experience coupled with computer; excellent communication; analytical; client service; problem resolution; time management; interpersonal; and, relationship building competencies. Plus a valid driver’s license / personal vehicle; be willing to obtain necessary industry certifications, IICRC WRT certification and have or be able to obtain ASD or CDS certifications.
