We are looking for an Office Coordinator who has the following traits:

  • Approachable rather than official.   
  • Organized, task oriented, detailed with files and documentation, and able to prioritize daily work, and provide support to other staff members.   
  • Our Office Coordinator is often the first person people talk to on the phone, and the first person they see when visiting our office.
Objectives:
  • Focus on customer service and ensure quality interactions with both external and internal audiences.
  • Ensure ongoing office efficiency, inventory control and other general office duties.
  • Answer phones courteously and professionally.  Help callers directly if possible, or direct calls appropriately.
  • Assist the service coordinator by being a secondary point of contact for CAREGivers regarding scheduling questions or client assignments.
  • Be support for Recruitment, Retention, and Engagement positions.
 
Wages:
  • $14.00 per hour, Possibility of additional $1 per hour after training period, depending on performance..
  • 90 day training period.
  • This position will be a 40 hour per week opportunity (8am to 5pm, with 1 hour lunch).
