Customer Service Manager - - Full-time / Part-time

Paramount Die is the leading designer and manufacturer of wire drawing die inserts and tooling systems for the wire drawing industry. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support the Customer Service Team.  This candidate must be a leader who values the customer and has the ability to ensure customer satisfaction. 

 

Responsibilities:

·       Advocate for the Customer and key point of contact for the Distributors and outside sales team.

·       Directly manages the customer service team.

·       Oversee prompt and accurate order processing.

·       Sets pricing and tracks sales targets for customer service team.

·       Manages on time delivery for the customer.

·       Assists sales team in preparation of proposals.

·       Promote reclaim product line to customers

·       Coordinate department projects streamlining CSR activities to allow for improved efficiency.

 

 Job Requirements

 

·       Solid management and coaching skills.  Experience managing teams of 3-5 people. ·       Technical ability. ·       Strong analytical ability. ·       Good judgment with a passion to deliver for the customer. ·       Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.  Energetic, upbeat and tenacious. ·       Excellent interpersonal, presentation and team management skills. ·       Ability to promote teamwork and open communication throughout the organization. ·       Willing to travel internationally occasionally.  Ability to present well to large customers. ·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel   Qualifications:   ·       8-15 years of experience in commercial environment.  ·       Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience in related field. ·       Experience with global distribution
