Looking for a seasoned marketing professional with fresh vision and the ability to develop strategies, oversee implementation and execution, the role of Marketing Manager, Financial Services provides the opportunity to transform Financial Services' existing member marketing for one the nation's largest retailer.
Reporting to Director of Card member services, the Marketing
Proven track record in leading and managing complex projects to successful completion
Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills, including the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to identify assumptions, draw conclusions translate into recommendations and action plans
People and team leadership skills, experience managing cross-functional partners.

Role and qualifications:
- Build strong relationships with varies teams: Financial Services, Format Strategy/Creative/Production teams, IMX (signing) and Bank partners;
- Develop strategies and implement customer lifecycle and acquisition marketing segments;
- Lead development of direct marketing, driving innovation in co-marketing of traditional channels;
- Enhance online, social and mobile customer experience for members;
- Partner with Agencies and analytics team to develop and analyze targeted campaigns;
- Analyze consumer and competitive research and provide actionable, data-driven business and marketing recommendations; create and implement action plans based on these insights;
- Drive creative strategy, write creative brief and supervising development of all marketing communications materials;
- Develop annual marketing plans; develop ad hoc strategies and plans as needed;
- Develop innovative marketing to capitalize on new opportunities as they develop;
- Utilize project tracking and reporting software to ensure projects are delivered on time and under budget;
- Partner with creative, media, planning and digital marketing groups to optimize SFS marketing spend and messaging.

Job Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years' of relevant marketing within in retail, banking or financial services industries;
- Experience developing and implementing marketing plans, strategies and tactics;
- Solid budget and project management experience;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Additional experience with any of these is a 'plus': direct mail, social, mobile, online, TV/radio.

- Strategic thinker with tactical ability to get things done and follow up;
- Ability to develop marketing strategy yet execute projects with a keen attention to detail and budget management;
- Strong analytic skills combined with ability to translate and summarize complex data into useable marketing, sales and merchandising action items;
- Advocate for new ideas and effectively influence key stakeholders;
- Flexible and able to succeed managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Self-starter with a positive, can do attitude;
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills;
- Strong listening, communication and management skills;
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems.
