Due to growth, we are seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented individual as a Sales Representative for our Montgomery, AL office. Automation ranks #17 as one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. Automation was recognized as Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction 2016 and 2017.
Compensation/Benefits include:
Base salary $Depending on Experience plus uncapped commissions
Quarterly incentive programs
Car allowance
Cell phone and laptop
Health, dental and life insurance
Life Insurance of $30, 000 and is 100% paid by the company.
Long Term Disability 60% of employee s base salary and is 100% paid by the company.
Accidental and Dismemberment $30, 000 paid 100% by the company.

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through outside sales activities including cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and client relationship building. This position includes a high degree of autonomy - thus requires a proven track record as a self-starter with proved performance as a seasoned sales professional.
Requirements include:
3+ years documented success in sales experience
Industry experience a plus
Documented records of sales achievements are required
Demonstrated skills in prospecting and generating new business
Excellent closing skills
