- Mix paint, ingredients, or chemicals, according to specifications
- Select appropriate coatings, paints, sprays using various types of mixing equipment
- Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality
- Load, unload, move painted materials using forklift, overhead crane, etc
- Clean equipment and work area daily
- Maintain paint booth
- Operate spray paint equipment, hand tools, power tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Standing, bending, repetitive motion
- Drug Free Workplace
- Good listening Skills
- Communication-talking to others to convey information effectively
- Time Management-proper use of time clock
- Problem Solving
- High school diploma or GED
- Post-Secondary Certificate desired
- Forklift Certification Required
