PrideStaff is seeking a Junior Field Service Technician to join our team in our Golden / Denver, CO location.

Job Summary:

This position provides on-site services to municipal and industrial water treatment systems and products.

This is an entry level position that allows for growth within the company. Company provides training.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
  • Serves existing accounts by providing onsite maintenance and monitoring services.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Establishes service requirements by monitoring system performance; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptable tests.
  • Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenance; performing emergency repairs.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Supports other Field Service Technicians and Water Technicians throughout North America.
  • Co-ordinates and supports Media Exchanges as required.
Job Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma
  • Mechanical aptitude
Required Abilities and Skills:
  • Verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of working alone in a complex industrial environment
  • Capable of climbing and negotiating inside and around water tanks and equipment
