Assistant Store Manager - Retail
Pay $15.00-16.00/HR
Location: Folsom, CA
Assistant Manager needed to operate an trendy apparel store in Folsom CA. Candidate must have prior retail management experience. Pay starts at $14-16/hr.
Duties include, but not limited to:

Coach and support team members.

Hire and train new employees on sales floor / on sales shipping and receiving products.

Maintain and monitor store inventory.
-
Ensure store is safe and clean, and presentable for customers.

Greet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy.

Conduct regular audit of the store physical and practical conditions to ensure quality service.

Monitor product levels appropriately .

Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store online presence.

Process sales when necessary.

Generate and review daily sales reports.

Be knowledgeable of and perform sales support functions related to POS procedure.
Skills:
-
2 years experience in supervisory role is preferred, but not required.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
-
Basic ready and accounting skills required.
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
