Immediate 1st Shift opening for a Production Worker in the Dayton, Ohio area!

IMMEDIATE opening for a temporary-to-hire Production Association in the Dayton, OH area.  
 
Excellent opportunity to join a growing team. We are seeking someone with experience in wood-working, assembling, production, finishing and sanding.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 1+ years experience as a Production Associate in a manufacturing, industrial or construction environment
• Ability to read prints, shop drawings, and read a tape measure
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment such as, table saw, vertical panel saw, drill press and compound miter saw
• Must be able to operate various hand tools such as, orbital sander, trim router, hand drill, belt sander, jigsaw, hand router and staple gun
• Must be able to do post-laminate work such as routing, edge work and using a hand file
• Must be able to work unassisted
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Willingness to work on any and all projects assigned
• Must produce a quality product within shop budget hours
• Must be a team player and work well with others
• Must have overall good attendance
• Requires the ability and willingness to life 60-75 pounds frequently
• Any other duties assigned

 
Hourly pay rate:  $10 - 15 depending on experience
Hours: Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with possible overtime
