As a Security for 1831 Bar & Lounge, you will:
Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide an Exceptionally Distinctive Guest Experience.
Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services throughout the establishment, including:
•Checking IDs of every guest that enters ensuring a minimum of 21 years of age and the validity of their identification
•Maintaining a safe environment for the staff, guests, and establishment itself
•Ability to deescalate situations through words and presence versus force
•In the event physical intervention is required, the ability to use the least amount of force necessary in a professional manner
•Mediate any conflicts as they arise in the establishment
•Being cooperative with police officials
•Taking out heavy trash to our dumpster at the end of the night
•Being polite and respectful to guests i.e. thanking them for visiting
•Prompt communication with owners/upper management
•Helping with any heavy lifting of product, furniture, etc. on an as needed basis
•Adhering to company standards and upholding security regulations
