Seeking qualified CNC machine operators!

Job DescriptionSummary CNC must be able to perform entire sets up with-in the cell including: training other employees and operating the machines such as CNC, lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and grinders, to machine metallic and nonmetallic work pieces by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Performs entire set ups with-in the cell, performs CNC offsets, and trains employees. Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, and knowledge of tooling such as insert, set up drill, punches and stamping. Operate machine by loading and unloading product in fixtures and start machine for automatic cycles. Perform critical gauging and inspection of the work produced to insure quality of close tolerance procedures. Work with M01 on scheduling work to machines and perform the hourly checks including safety, quality and production. Report any problems to M01 or supervisor.
