Duration: Long Term Contract
Rate: $16/hr on W2
Shifts
8am to 5Pm
10pm to 7am
9pm to 6 am
Job Description:
Looking for a Tech support with great communication skillset, 30 callas per day. Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers. Willing to learn.
Customer service oriented to resolve issue with customers via calls and email.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Technical background to easily and without assistance answer the customers most basic questions regarding but not limited to specific product vs. Operating System connection issues for hard disk drive, external disk drives and memory.
HDD or EHDD physical connection issues and or installed software issues.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
