Job DescriptionKelly Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator for a customer in Northville Mi. This is a full time, temp-to-hire role for the right person. Pay for this position is $22-$26/hour based on experience. Job Duties:ACCOUNTINGAssist Business Manager with day to day accounting administration:- Reconcile bank statements- Assist with client invoicing- Assist with accounts receivable- Assist with accounts payable- Maintain project reimbursables- Prepare bank deposits- Set up new vendors and clients in accounting program- Manage sub-consultant paperwork- Assist with year endMARKETINGAssist with the firm-s marketing efforts:- Prepare RFP/RFQ submittals- Prepare marketing books- Maintain master marketing materials- Manage social media- Manage project photography- Maintain master proposal/prospective project list- Liaison with website consultant to coordinate website updates- Assist with public relations: new hire announcements, awards submittals- Assist with special projects: photo books and project photo boardsADMINISTRATIVESupport management and personnel with day to day administrative needs:- Back-up admin support when part-time admin is out of office- Type project related correspondence and spreadsheets- Assist with management of facility and equipment contracts, repairs & maintenance- Manage state professional license registrations & professional memberships- Track and coordinate continuing education credits- Update print tracking software- Event planning- Special projects- Performs other duties as requiredRequirementsQualifications- Minimum 8 years- experience in a senior level administrative role- Marketing experience a plus- Experience supporting a variety of personnel levels- Experience working in a small office, architectural/engineering environment preferred- Must possess knowledge and application of providing administrative support practicesin a fast paced, deadline driven environment- Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail- Strong analytical skills- Ability to work independently and self-manage assignments- Ability to prioritize work assignments and multi-task effectively- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsRequired Software Skills:- Advanced level Microsoft Office Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
