Growing company in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Service Support Technician to join their team. This is a long-term, permanent position with a great company.
Service Support Technician Duties:
- Data Entry
- Dispatch Service Calls
- Work with all Departments
- Clear communication with coworkers
- Quality Customer Service relationships with customers and internal employees
- Effective documentation
Service Support Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of phone based customer service experience
- Knowledge of medical equipment (MRI, refrigeration, cryogenics)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to details
Pay: $15-16/hr, based on skills and experience
