Purpose of Baker Positions:

You will Contribute to the success of restaurant operations by maintaining fresh baked bread throughout the day. This is a key position that is center to everything else we do. You will make a difference in every guests experience by providing hot fresh bread every time.

Position Overview and Responsibilities:

• Baker
You will be responsible forEnsuring all Cosi food items are prepared according to the recipe and quality standards at all times including, but not limited to, signature bread, bagels and pizzas; adhere to production standards; handle knife and kitchen equipment properly; operate and clean the oven according to specifications; set up, stock and maintain baker workstation according to specifications. Perform other job related duties as assigned.

• We are looking for :

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to accept and follow clear directions.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude.
