Scheduling Supervisor in large CPA firm
This is a Direct Hire Assignment
Location: Woodland Hills
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
In this role you will set up various projects and create and manage a schedule for the attendees. You will also need to set meetings for the staff and go over the upcoming deadlines. It is extremely important to get things done by the due date and keep fluent communication with all parties involved. Previous experience working in a CPA firm is a must.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a team player, multi tasker, responsible and takes initiative.
Expected skills: Solid schedule experience, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, professionalism, and strong time-management.
