About this job
The pharmacy liaison provides customer service and communication between the pharmacy and hospital patients at the bedside. The liaison is responsible for informing patients approaching discharge about their options for medication delivery services, and sends all orders to the pharmacy for delivery.
This position requires excellent customer service, high level communication skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team, and computer/fax/phone experience. This position also requires a valid driver's license and will be subject to all background checks & drug screens through both the employer and the partner facility.
