Shuttle Reservations Agent - Colorado Mountain Express - Full Time & Part Time

Starting salary for our reservations agent position is $13.00 an hour. Our seasonal employees also receive a free ski pass, complementary shuttle rides and lodging and retail discounts at all of our resorts. Once you have worked 750 hours, you are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

Answer inbound telephone calls in a polite, professional and timely manner

Accurately book and update reservations for CME Shuttle, Private and Charter guest transportation using Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

·        Accurately book and update reservations for CME Shuttle, Private and Charter guest transportation using our reservation system

·        Understand CME Products and Services so you can offer guests options that will meet their transportation needs

·        Provide a level of service on EVERY INTERACTION that exceeds our guest’s expectations

·        Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations and Group Sales Representatives.

·        Comply with all company policies and procedures

·        Communicate company information to guests in a consistent, clear and concise manner

·        Other duties as assigned

 Position Requirements:

Position requires exceptional guest service skills, positive attitude and willingness to listen and interpret guest’s expectations. Top candidate will be self-motivated, have patience with our guests, and be flexible in an ever-changing environment. Our reservations department is open 7 days a week from 500 am to 1100 pm.  Agents must to be able to work any and all schedules.
