About this job

ACE has Part-time weekday openings for Customer Service Representatives. Shifts are 7am-11am & 8am-12pm, 3 to 4 days a week(12-16 hrs./week).

Technical, process and support of our internal and external customers are the primary responsibilities of this role.  Support will be delivered via the telephone, tickets email and postal service.
 
Major Responsibilities
 •         Addresses technical and procedural inquiries from ACE locations
•         Responds to external customer requests 
•         Performs technical troubleshooting and diagnosis hardware and software issues
•         Implements solutions and escalates issues
•         Stays abreast of various product offerings as well as state regulations/requirements
•        Creates and clearly documents tickets for all inquiries
•    Achieves satisfactory performance in all areas such as, but not limited to, call monitoring, attendance, ticket resolution and knowledge testing
•    Demonstrates a commitment to customer service

•     Ensures the safeguarding of customer information

Requirements

Education:     High school education or equivalent with a minimum of one year 1st level call center and/or customer care experience.  Experience of working in ACE Cash Express retail outlets a plus.                                                  Industry:        Experience in call center and/or customer care environments.    Technical:    Experience with documenting incoming calls via some type of computer application is required.  A working knowledge of POS software and/or hardware peripherals is a plus.      Overall:    Enthusiastic and excited about providing outstanding customer service and exhibits patience with others and high personal ethics.  Should have good organizational skills and be goal-oriented.  Must be a positive and people-oriented person.
