Car America is on the hunt for the PERFECT FIT Sales Person! We are looking for an individual that may have held a sales position before but we do not want to limit applicants to experienced Car Sales folks only!
We sell super high quality pre-owned vehicles with a Dealership Manager that is 100% customer satisfaction driven and an extremely motivated Finance Manager! This is a SALES position..we give you everything you need to be sucessful and you provide the determination, focus, drive, and a business ownership mindset!
The skills you must have:
- Ability to learn in a FAST PACED environment
- Computer skills to include writing emails with clarity and maturity
- Fantastic people skills with BUILDING YOUR OWN BUSINESS as your priority
- Ability to speak and write gramatically correctly
- Self discipline..come to work to work
- Extreme organizational skills
- No fear of the telephone when talking to strangers
- Non smoker
- Attentive to details
- Be a self starter
- Able to pass a backgound check and be licensed with the VA MVDB
- Be comfortable working with an aggressive Woman who is fair but firm
We offer complete training for those that have the basic skills stated above and welcome folks who have had experience in other sales fields or customer service fields. Our most sucessfull team members have been from the service industry. We want active, entrepreneurial thinking applicants that want an opportunity and realize that careers are BUILT! There will be no instant riches. We are not in the fool you business. The perfect candidate is willing to make a fair wage while he or she builds their business! We offer a monthly draw on the first of each month and commission is paid on a per car sold basis on the 15th of each month. We are closed on Sundays and you will have a day off during the week unless you schedule an opportunity for yourself. The company pays the fisrt half of your Health insurance, we have an IRA program that the company matches 3%, we are closed one week every year to ensure every employee gets a paid vacation week to include a second paid week each year chosen by the employee. We are not a suit and tie Dealership but expect a clean personal image and EXTREME thoughtfullness towards customers to build long term trust.
