Santa Needs Attentive Elves – to monitor computer screens @ $10.00 /hr. Small, growing company with advancement opportunities for the right fit! Openings for all shifts (includes rotating weekend work).
YOU WILL BE monitoring online orders on 5-6 computer screens, and following an easy, step-by-step process to remedy discrepancies/errors. Some data entry of orders also required

REQUIREMENTS:
- VERY STRONG attention to detail – able to keep an eye on screens and see where online order errors occur
- Basic MS Excel skills
- Basic-to-intermediate typing skills (alpha-numeric data entry)
- Able to monitor 5-6 computers/monitors to ensure order system running smoothly
- Able to identify when a computer order is stuck; perform diagnosis using very simple flowchart, in order to get the order back on track (or get mgmt. help)
- Listen well and will FOLLOW THE SYSTEM
- This is HUGE - Dependable transportation; good work ethic; punctual
- Able to pass drug screen; background check
- IMPORTANT: Company is an online toy retailer. Therefore, you MUST be able to work entire Thanksgiving-Black Friday-Cyber Monday holiday weekend (Thu-Mon)! EVERYONE works a shift on Thanksgiving, and will have time to enjoy meal with family (additional gift card provided on T-giving)
SHIFTS - Must be able to work full 8 hr shift on any of following:
- Mon-Fri, 6 AM – 2 PM (rotating weekends)
- Mon-Fri, 12 – 8 PM (rotating weekends)
- Mon-Fri, 6 PM – 2 AM (rotating weekends) – MOST OPENINGS!
- PRIOR TO mid-Nov, all start times will be 7:15 AM & 3:30 PM
