Analyze opportunities

Demonstrate success selling to middle and senior level executives

Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate track record of achievement in sales

Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers

Develop sales strategies, proposals, & forecasts.Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.

Prepare quotations and customer correspondence.

Meets activity requirements and maintained agreed upon closing ratio

Attends weekly sales meetings

Assists in development of marketing materials

Utilize Online Software for managing Sales Activity

Investigates and resolves customer problems

Cleaning and/or construction background a plus!

3+ years sales experience

Be proficiency using computers (MS Office and Online Sales Programs)

We offer salary compensation with experience, commission, benefits, paid vacation and holiday, 401K along with use of a company vehicle.
