Customer Service Representative – Insurance $12-$13/hr

Our client, a local Greenville company is searching for a bi-lingual Customer Service Representative who will have core responsibilities in assisting customers with insurance related questions and concerns. The client''s fun and family oriented work environment encourages its Customer Service Representatives to be the first step in helping customers.

This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls.  This role works both independently and in team formats with custom company software; the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential for a Customer Service Representative. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Exceptional customer service is vital to our client''s success.
