The Assets Protection Business Partner (APBP) provides leadership and support to store leaders in assets protection functions. With an eye on a given district's financial goals, you will coordinate AP team members in protecting company assets, securing our store teams and preventing and resolving theft and fraud in stores. Your focus area will also involve staffing, training and development, expense management, physical safety and security, operational shortage, investigations and technology and equipment. You'll build positive and productive partnerships with local law enforcement and emergency personnel. Team members will rely on you for guidance in leveraging -art security and video system. Much of your time will be spent walking the floor, ensuring overall compliance and the safety and security of guests, team members and the store property. The APBP reports to the AP Director, and partners closely with AP Store Leaders. As a Business Partner, you'll travel to various stores based on your market.
