Aerotek is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives seeking to start a Corporate Call Center career! This is a 1st shift opportunity and all backgrounds can be considered.
Pay will start at $14.00/hour
Responsibilities include:
-Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for handling 40-60 calls daily providing customer service information.
-Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for entering customer case/information into internal system and escalating customer service team.
-Customer Service Representatives are required to be able to type 35 words per minute. Will be responsible for entering information on customers while they are on the phone.
-Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance including filing, faxing, scanning, data entry, etc.
-Customer Service Representatives will support management with any additional projects as needed.
