A Mortgage and Real Estate Loss Mitigation Firm is seeking an Experienced Manager to join their growing team!

This person will over see the day to day operation of the Reconveryance Department (12 people but growing)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Reconveyance Manager is responsible for handling all complex and escalated reconveyance department orders, monitoring and spot checking reconveyance processors' performance, including Trailing Docs, Insurance Tracking and Lien Release Tracking. This position will help monitor reconveyance, trailing docs, insurance tracking and lien release tracking production and load balance as necessary. This position will also analyze and identify areas in these department production for recommendations in workflow improvements. The Reconveyance Manager will also assist in completing day to day production in these departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage all day to day functions for proper oversight in Reconveyance, Trailing Docs, Insurance Tracking and Lien Release Tracking departments.
  • Monitor departments capacity and load balance as needed to stay within department defined time lines.
  • Handle all complex and escalated applicable orders for resolution.
  • Handle any complex and escalated communication assistance needed from Help desk to resolve client needs.
  • Identify and Report workflow improvements in a timely fashion to Chief Operations Manager
  • Assist in continuous education of Reconveyance Processors in completing reconveyance/UCC/and Consolidated Reconveyance orders using defined workflows.
  • Participate in completion of daily reconveyance department production as needed.
  • Research form and fee requirements, as needed.
  • Create needed form in system, as needed.
  • Work on projects as assigned by Department Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of Mortgage Servicing/Title/Escrow Experience
  • High degree of professionalism and self-motivation with the ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision
  • High level of communication skills, tact and courtesy
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work well with co-workers and customers with diverse personalities
  • Ability to function efficiently and effectively under demanding and continual deadlines; maintaining a professional and mature demeanor
  • Ability to manage time and stress effectively to adjust to changing priorities and insure no loss of efficiency, accuracy or customer relations
  • Utilizes excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Communicates effectively with clients, peers and management
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills and proven ability to multi-task
  • Work additional time when needed and maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Excellent PC and Internet skills Plus excellent navigation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate accurate and thorough knowledge of reconveyance ordering and recording processes
