About this job

This is an incoming call center receiving calls from existing and potential Florida prepaid college plan account holders. A call center environment is very structured, regimented with the limited ability to leave your workstation except for breaks, lunches, etc. Exceptional customer service skills are a requirement and you are expected to reach or exceed your performance standards as a requirement of the job assignment.
Candidates must have availability from 8AM-8PM Monday-Friday. In addition - need to be flexible to work on an occasional Saturday.
1 week of training, both classroom and hands-on taking calls. Attendance is ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY during training. Will conclude with a knowledge assessment upon completion.
