Job summary


The Front Office Manager is responsible for the front desk daily operations and supervision including the front desk team and Service Express.  This position directs and works with associates to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures.  In addition, the FOM strives to ensure guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department.  This leadership role is responsible for coaching, directing, mentoring, training, and hiring the front office team, as well.  The FOM will implement strategies, practices and procedures to exceed guest expectations and to ensure we are compliant with brand standards.


Candidates should have experience in a similar hotel leadership position.  Previous experience as a Front Desk Manager or Front Office Manager within the Marriott/Starwood brand highly desired. Candidates must have strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, organization skills and be effective decision makers.  In addition, candidates must have a guest service attitude and be able to build strong relationships with guests, associates, and vendors.  Strong computer skills are a must.
