• Playa Largo Resort & Spa is a unique Autograph Collection Resort features 14.5 secluded, beachfront acres, 144 luxury rooms and suites, 10 private bungalows, a 3-bedroom beach house, ballroom with private courtyard, exclusive members club and private marina with boat ramp. This property also includes four restaurants and bars, a Sunset Terrace, a full service spa, salon, sports courts and fitness facilities.

• Playa Largo Resort & Spa has an amazing opportunity for a Spa Cosmetologist! The Cosmetologist is responsible for providing hair services that can include, styling; including blow outs and curling, cutting, hair up dos for weddings and special events, hair conditioning and masque treatments. Performs all treatments on services menu based upon current licensure. Meets the needs of the guest at all times throughout the service. Maintains the highest level of product knowledge and has complete knowledge of all spa services presently offered. Understands the ingredients in products and can explain their benefits to guests. Answers guests questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

Job Responsibility

• Previous hair stylist experience preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a spa.
• Ability to explain various treatments/services to guests.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.  
• Strong team player.
• Must be comfortable with product recommendation.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
