· Provides leadership, teaching, coaching, and development of Managers at all levels of the organization within their assigned Parry's Pizzeria & Bar Market.
· Consistently demonstrates good judgement and high integrity , along with the skills and knowledge of all duties and responsibilities necessary to the efficient and cost effective operation of a Parry's Pizzeria restaurant.
· Maintains focus on ultimate guest satisfaction through well trained Managers and staff, as the primary objective; is detailed and unwavering in support, and follow up on company initiatives and programs.
· Sources, interviews, hires high quality candidates to maintain proper staffing levels in all units, ensuring their training is thorough and complete to elevate the operation of their assigned location.
· Holds subordinates tightly accountable to meet or exceed company initiatives, objectives, and goals through consistent verbal, written, and demonstrative coaching.
· Provides constant accurate communication to both leadership and subordinates, real time, to ensure all have the required information to make sound decisions in a timely manner.
