WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - SHIPPING & RECEIVING
As a warehouse associate, you must be positive and able to work in a team-oriented environment. We are seeking natural leaders who are able to motivate others, learn, and grow with the organization. You must be safety conscious and able to keep workplace neat, clean, and free of hazards. You must be able to maintain a zero error rate with a thorough understanding of the entire order processing system. You must be able to work with minimal supervision. You will mainly be responsible for preparing orders for distribution. You will cross train in a variety of other warehouse functions and will work as a team player, participating in loading and unloading trucks. You will be required to occasionally drive and unload trucks. Other responsibilities of the warehouse associate role include:

- Picking and packing orders for distribution
- Preparing distribution documents
- Ensuring Quality Control
- Acquiring product knowledge
- Investigating discrepancies
- Training in other warehouse functions
- Following all safety procedures
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a Plus.
- Must be able to work on your feet for long hours
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform basic mathematical calculations on the go
- Willingness to learn new procedures, equipment, and computer programs
- Must possess valid driver's license
