For more information, please visit Manage and lead team of analysts in support of the dealer cost recovery program.  Programs will focus on driving channel metrics, creating operational efficiencies, and delivering World Class customer service to its' internal and external customers. This position will drive operational excellence by strategizing and developing day-to-day operational tactics that deliver process simplification to the department.  Responsible for gathering feedback from dealers and implementing changes that positively impact the dealer experience around the cost recovery program.Minimum Required
  • 2 years management experience
  • 2 years telecommunications experience
  • 2 years project/program management experience
  • Ability to translate complex business strategies into solid implementation plans that drive results
  • Possesses advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross functional team skills
    Desired
  • Experience Supporting Sales Organization a plus
  • Experience in budget management and analysis preferred
Desired
  • At least one year of experience in a T-Mobile corporate role
  • Experience supporting Retail/TPR Channels
  • Experience with the systems that support the frontline channels across the company
Education
  • Bachelors' Degree preferred. Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Essential Functions
  • Guides team to proactively find process improvements and innovative solutions to deliver an improved dealer experience
  • Foster relationships with key cross-functional partners and internal/external stakeholders, and develop strong partnerships to obtain results on behalf of the department
  • Proactively identifies potential issues as a departmental expert and collaborates with cross-functional partners to mitigate issues and risks by planning/implementing solutions with a sense of urgency.
  • Ensures seamless implementation of new products & services and applies the Sales Operations Services guiding principles and standards to define desired interactions and standards of behavior
  • Manage accountability of team in adhering to operational standards, process implementation and reporting.
  • Serve as Lead on companywide projects that require leadership involvement and decision making. Uphold channel/division operational standards and ensure communication to all business partners and leadership groups
  • Contributes in departmental strategy and the development of the roadmap including represent needs at leadership meetings
