Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a dependable multi-tasker with a commitment to excellent customer service to join us in our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families.

This role is at the center of the business with the main responsibility of connecting our CAREGiving workforce with the needs of our senior clients. This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire a team, and effectively respond to the changing needs of the seniors we serve. He or she must also have a positive attitude and be willing to learn, be driven to achieve measurable goals, and share our passion for senior care.

This position is FULL TIME, 40 hours per week plus some nights and weekends for on-call staffing as needed.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • An understanding of and ability to uphold the policies and procedures established by Holdon, Inc (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead Senior Care franchise)
  • The successful candidate will be professional with strong customer service skills
  • Extreme attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills is essential as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
  • Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies and procedures
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly and yearly work
  • Establishment good working relationships with management, colleagues, clients and CAREGivers
  • Ability to sit at a desk and listen effectively for long periods of time on the telephone
  • Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Must be patient and congenial on the telephone
  • Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional office setting
  • Knowledge  of the senior care industry
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team,
