Collections Representative $14+ Great Bonus

Looking for a dedicated long term collectors!

-Collectors will be primarily collecting on medical dept , this will be 80% of the calls while the other 20% will be collecting on vet clinics, cable companies and chiropractors

-80% outbound calls and 20% inbound calls

-Majority of calls will be 10-90 days past due while a small percentage may be serious dept up to 5 years behind payments

-Collectors will call out to verify information, research customer's case and set up payment plans

-Will navigate on complex computer system and assure information is entered in accurately

-Will educate customers on setting up the best payment option that suits their financial needs best

Pay:

$14/hr. + Great Bonus Structure

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
