Our client is looking for a technical recruiter for our client in Lorton

REQUIREMENTS!!!!!!

1. 3-6 years of technical recruiting in a government capacity. Working experience recruiting in the intel environment preferred but any technical capacity will be considered.
2. Working experience and willingness to work with a team and collaborate with a team (not remote work).
3. Comfortable and familiar with cold calling candidates for potential opportunities...being creative through DICE, LinkedIn, Clared Jobs, etc to work through referrals.


Job Description

10% - sourcing best talent,
15% - conducting effective and insightful screening,
5% - making candidate recommendations to hiring managers and coordinating the interview process,
25% - Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to ensure ongoing pipeline of external candidates and balanced speed/quality of source-to -ire turnaround.
5% - Collaborate with Director of Operations and hiring managers to identify targets and markets to proactively source candidates.
25% - Screen candidates as appropriate for hiring managers, including but not limited to: resume review, in-depth phone screen, interview coordination, and follow up.
5 % - Inform candidates of pre-employment requirements, position requirements, location, and wages.


Other duties:

Be in regular contact with hiring managers to provide progress updates on requisition status, calibrate on targeted candidate profiles, seek out feedback on quality of candidate slates, and align on potential changes in course of action and next steps as necessary.
