Project Manager - Full-time / Part-time

I am working with a client that is seeking a Project Manager to join their team here in Charleston, SC. Below are the job details

Direct Hire position

Responsible for managing budgets, subcontractor community, RFI, change orders, submittal scheduling and communication with the owner.

Candidates with 2-5 years of restoration experience would be preferable but would also consider candidates that have experience in high end residential, small commercial or new construction experience.

Must have experience with managing multiple small commercial, condo and residential projects.

Must be customer focused with a track record of completing projects on time and at or under budget.
