Retrieval Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

One of the Northeast's leading document retrieval companies is looking for retrieval specialists to join their growing office in the heart of Garden City.

On a day to day basis the retrieval specialist will be:

- Managing approximately 50 cases per day performing outbound and follow up calls to custodians (medical records staff, HR people, attorneys) to request medical records.

Upon receiving the medical records via email through PDF, they will be matching it up to the order in the system, checking details are correct like social security numbers and DOBs and attaching them into the case/system.

-Paying the invoice for their attorney clients through their system

-Other clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

-At least 6 months of outbound call and/or follow-up call experience

-Computer literate (must be able to type 35 WPM)

-Basic to intermediate excel (editing and formatting, basic formulas)

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Highly organized

HOURS: MON-THURS 8-4:30PM, FRI 7:30-4PM
