Member Services Rep (MSR)

This position is responsible for providing customer service, responding to customer inquiries, explanation of benefits and general concerns to their members. They will also be partnering with internal counter-parts to identify solutions for the member in some circumstances.

MUST HAVES:
Strong verbal communication skills
Type 35WPM
High School Diploma/GED
1+ years of any customer service experience; preferably within healthcare or insurance related field

PLUS HAVES:
Call Center Experience
Healthcare/Health Insurance
