General Laborer - 1ST SHIFT - Full-time / Part-time

Candidates will be doing a variety of jobs that require general mechanical aptitude to include but not limited to:
* Using hand tools to secure rivets to the trailer walls
* Drilling the holes in the trailer for lights or rivets
* Simply putting up or "constructing" the walls of the trailer

This is a great foot in the door with a large company that can open up other opportunities for them to move into other roles like welding or forklift, etc. The current plant manager started out as a contractor himself.

Shifts:
Days $13/hr - 6a - 3:30p M-Thurs 6a - 10a Fri
Nights - $14/hr 6p - 3:30a M-Thurs 6p - 10p Fri
** Expect 5-15 hours of OT after the first couple weeks.

After hired perm as follows:
1st Shift - $14/hr
2nd Shift - $15/hr

After 90 days after perminant employee
1st Shift - $14.25/hr
2nd Shift - $15.25/hr
